Red and white connector blocks?

Red and white connector blocks?

First, sorry in advance for not having a wiring diagram handy at this point.
Both the red and white connector blocks were disconnected.
Anyone know off hand what group of electrical systems these control?
The jumper on the white block is maybe the seat belt interlock?
